The RFP is for build out of the dormitory building and directly related work (Project). The Project will include five bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, and one breakout room as an addition to the existing washhouse. The Project includes elements that may be both custom wood framing and/or modular in nature. See the construction project overview for more detailed information.
