Erin Kift
Erin Kift brings more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including a decade dedicated to construction management, leading complex commercial and residential projects from concept through completion. Her career has been defined by a commitment to precision, accountability, and building trusted partnerships with clients, consultants, and project teams. Erin has a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects. She specializes in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, mitigating risk, and navigating regulatory requirements. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Erin streamlines processes and implements practical, innovative solutions that drive efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Her expertise includes project planning, contract negotiation, procurement, construction oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and regulatory compliance. Erin is proficient in AutoCAD, construction drawing interpretation, financial oversight, and municipal approval processes, enabling her to provide both strategic direction and technical insight throughout the lifecycle of a project. Erin is a postgraduate of George Brown College, where she earned a Diploma in Construction Engineering Technician Management and a Bachelor of Applied Technology Degree in Construction & Environment -Regulations and Compliance. Erin is a certified BCIN holder through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and is an Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists.
